Booking Conditions

• All bookings begin and end on a Saturday.
  
  
• Departing guests should vacate the accommodation by 10.30am.
  Available for ingoing guest from 3.00pm onwards.
  
  
• A deposit of £100.00 should accompany all bookings (This is not refundable if the booking is cancelled).
  
  
• A Key deposit of £50 will also be required with the full balance payable a minimum of 4 weeks prior to arrival.
  
  
• A key will be posted to you one week before you holiday starts, and the key deposit sent back to you as soon as the key is returned to us.
  
  
• A provisional telephone booking will only be held for seven days.
  
  
• A receipt and confirmation will be sent to you within five working days from receiving your booking.
  
  
• Short 3 day breaks are available out of season. Pro-rata terms apply.
